Water polo

A few ocean baths have a strong association with water polo. The Bondi Icebergs Pool is associated with several Olympic water polo players.

Like diving, water polo is now usually restricted to deeper than standard pools, but from the nineteenth century water polo matches have been played in ocean pools.

Water polo matches between Wollongong Amateur Swimming Club and Port Kembla Amateur Swimming Club at the Wollongong Continental Baths and the Port Kembla Olympic pool.
